Methodological Approach

Kinaesthetics approaches content in two ways: it provides tools and methods for understanding, sorting personal experiences. This sharpens your attention to the quality and differences of the movements performed every day. On the other hand, it makes possible the cognitive processes related to the theoretical substantiation and scientific experiments. Linking these two approaches lays the foundations of Kinaesthetics so overwhelmingly and innovatively.

Validation

The development of Kinaesthetic skills, through which a person through the interaction with another person through his own movement aims at developing the movement competence and the effectiveness of the helped person’s movement.

Impact

Reintegrating people with mobility problems into society, or preventing them from reaching a situation that endangers the social situation, ensuring a qualified and motivated human potential, restoring human dignity, helping those people and families who have a person with mobilization problems.

Innovation and Success Factors

Kinaesthetics helps to find new possibilities for movement, to solve back pain, muscle tension, other similar problems, to support mobility, independence in old age, to develop and use one’s own creativity and flexibility in different situations (eg stressful situations). Constraints

If the interactions in the care process are formed according to Kinaesthetics then almost miraculous changes in the condition of the caregiver can be observed, but the health of the caregiver will also be defended.
